Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate the adoption of frontier AI across the EMEA region. You will secure strategic deals with top enterprises, working with GTM, Product, and Engineering to refine value propositions and market positioning.

You will own revenue targets, lead complex sales cycles, and build trusted relationships from individual contributors to C-level executives while advancing ethical AI deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years enterprise sales experience with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience closing strategic deals with complex technical requirements.
• Ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems and align multiple groups.

• Contribute to the Industries GTM strategy and identify new use cases in assigned verticals.
• Drive expansion within key accounts and pursue new logos.
• Own the revenue target and entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and Applied AI to shape roadmaps.
• Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations to position Anthropic's AI products.
