Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI with financial institutions. You will shape strategy, coach AEs, and align with Applied AI Engineering, Product, GTM and Marketing to articulate differentiated value across the Industries landscape.

You will build a high-performing team, navigate complex procurement cycles, and develop opportunities in banking, research, and administration while promoting responsible AI

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in Industries technology.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally leading teams within the Enterprise segment focused on Industries.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams selling into financial institutions.
• Experience establishing and scaling sales processes, tools, and methodologies in fast-growing organizations serving Industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on Industries; provide coaching and mentorship.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to Industries procurement cycles and budgeting processes to meet quotas.
• Forecast, manage pipelines, and report with CRM data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Enablement to accelerate AE ramp time and effectiveness for Industries cycles.
• Work with Applied AI Engineering to demonstrate capabilities pre- and post-sale for financial apps.
• Build partnerships across the organisation to drive strategic initiatives in the Industries sector.
