Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an Named Account Executive for the Insurance sector. You will drive sales of our SaaS and AI solutions to enterprise Insurance clients, building deep relationships and acting as a digital advisor.

You will develop strategic account plans, coordinate with Co-Primes, Solution Architects, and Sales Engineers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. A background in enterprise B2B tech sales and insurance domain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in quota-carrying enterprise B2B technology or SaaS sales.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder cycles and engage senior executives.
• Proven track record in building and executing strategic account plans.

Responsibilities

• Sell to Enterprise Insurance customers within a defined portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a digital advisor.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer challenges and goals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth.
• Consult on Salesforce Platform to identify and evangelise solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
