Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with Frontier Agent Engineering on enterprise customer engagements, owning execution across timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

This role drives strategic alignment and end-to-end delivery of critical Enterprise initiatives, acting as the communication backbone between engineering, product, and executive leadership. You are accountable for measurable outcomes, translating technical complexity into clear execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar in large-scale software or ML projects.
• 2+ years in engineering infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems programs.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI lifecycles, including LLMs, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Proven ability to present to executive stakeholders and translate complex tech into business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Linear, and modern PM tooling.
• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for ML/GenAI practices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Plan, schedule and execute enterprise-grade programs, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Cross-Functional Architecture Integration: Manage dependencies and communicate across Platform, Frontline eng., and Product teams.
• Technical Translation & Executive Influence: Translate technical details into clear insights for engineers and C-suite.
• Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks to maintain momentum in complex AI deployments.
• Process Evolution: Modernize agile frameworks (Jira, Linear) for rapid ML and software lifecycles.
• Metrics-Driven Accountability: Define and report program health metrics to leadership.
