Job summary

Reed is seeking an innovative AI Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and governance of enterprise AI platforms. The role focuses on scalable architectures, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation to automate and enhance business processes.

You will combine hands-on delivery with strategic input, ensuring AI solutions are secure, cost-efficient, and aligned with organisational goals. A strong background in Python, REST APIs, and cloud integration is essential.

Qualifications

• Design, build and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Experience with cloud technologies and security controls.
• Experience integrating AI with MS 365 and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise AI infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Develop AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
• Ensure AI governance, privacy, risk management, and lifecycle policies.
• Collaborate with teams to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption across the organisation.
