Qualifications

• Substantial senior/lead engineering experience in SaaS.
• Hands-on with AI coding agents and modern stacks.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, REST APIs and cloud-native design.
• Experience across Go, Python or TypeScript and CI/CD.
• Understanding of security, GDPR and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into testable specifications for agents.
• Direct and coordinate coding agents across the full stack.
• Define acceptance criteria and maintain automated quality gates.
• Review agent-generated code for security and architectural fit.
• Collaborate with product and design to iterate weekly releases.
