Job summary

Ema in London is seeking a seasoned AI Strategist to lead strategic enterprise accounts and shape high-impact AI engagements. This role works closely with the Executive Leadership Team, providing leverage on our most important deals and helping to drive transformative AI adoption across major enterprises.

The ideal candidate has previously served as a Senior Engagement Manager or Project Leader at a top-tier firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, and is comfortable engaging at C-level, shaping AI

Qualifications

• 7–12 years+ in enterprise strategy and transformation engagements.
• Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles.
• Strong ROI and business-case design skills.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts.
• Partner with CEO, CRO, and leadership to influence deal strategy and positioning.
• Define AI transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Lead strategic workshops and executive briefings.
• Mentor internal teams on consultative selling and engagement design.
