Job summary

Magentic is building a new generation of agentic AI and seeks a Deployment Strategist to own deployments end-to-end, from scoping to live rollout. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, commercial and customer, shaping how we work with customers as we scale.

In this role you’ll manage senior relationships, identify hidden value, and define best practices for AI deployment while helping guide the roadmap for a fast-growing company in London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing delivery or product roles.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to translate outcomes into revenue impact.
• Comfort navigating early-stage ambiguity and making decisions.
• Strong communication skills across executives and teams.

Responsibilities
