Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Bluebird is recruiting for two Enterprise Account Managers to join our client’s expanding team in London. You will own a book of ~25–30 enterprise accounts across EMEA, driving £2.5–3.5M ARR with ~10 renewals annually, and have opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to achieve £500K ARR growth.
You will map white space, generate your own pipeline, and run multi-threaded deals with executives up to C-level, including RFPs and negotiations.
Want a book of enterprise logos with real white space, and a team built so most reps actually hit their number?
This is a new expansion seat, not a backfill. You’ll inherit big-name accounts and the room to grow them.
Our client is a sales enablement platform used by large enterprises across EMEA, with London as one of its key commercial hubs and the VP Sales EMEA and CRO both based there. They’re growing their Enterprise Account Management team and looking for two commercially sharp, collaborative Enterprise Account Managers to join them in London.
A sales enablement platform that helps large sales and marketing organisations get the right content, training, and coaching in front of their field teams, then see what actually moves deals.
Think: the system a global pharma or manufacturing company uses to make sure thousands of reps are saying the right thing, with the right material, in every customer meeting.
Hybrid, in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus EMEA travel for customer onsites
OTE: £150K (50/50 split), uncapped commission with accelerators for multi-year deals and over-attainment
Regular SPIFFs, President’s Club trip with a +1, standard UK benefits
Most AM roles hand you a book and ask you to keep it alive. This one gives you large enterprise logos with lots of room left to grow, a comp plan that rewards going past 100%, and a company that designs quotas so people can hit them. You’ll sell the same kind of enablement you’ll be trained on, inside a team that coaches and promotes from within. They’re looking to have people onboarded this quarter, so timing matters.
(Note: This role is with one of our clients, not Bluebird.)
