**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in London to target organizations with over 10,000 employees. This role involves hunting for new business, managing high-value deals, and building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to prospect, manage, and close deals within your territory.
  • Drive high-value deals and 6-7 figure opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders such as CMO, CRO, CHRO, CIO.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including pre-sales engineers and leadership to advance opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives for lead generation and account expansion.
  • Build partnerships with system integrators and resale partners.
  • Participate in marketing events to showcase LumApps’ value.

**Requirements:**

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a value-driven approach.
  • Proven track record of exceeding a $1 million sales quota and consistent overachievement in sales targets.
  • Experience selling collaborative tools or enterprise solutions for HR and communications.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar tools for tracking and forecasting.
