The Okta Sales Team

Role Overview - UK/I Focus

The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-driven security enthusiast passionate about protecting against identity threats. Your focus will be on engaging C-Suite decision makers to foster secure environments, generating and nurturing leads, and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for pipeline growth
  • Meet revenue targets for territory expansion
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close deals to exceed quotas
  • Leverage partners and internal teams effectively
  • Adopt a value-based sales approach
  • Travel as needed to build relationships
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Successful track record with partners and ecosystems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and collaborative
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDICC (preferred)
