Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Growth Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through data-driven campaigns. You will own end-to-end paid social and digital initiatives, optimizing ROAS and ROI while using AI to move faster and test smarter.

You will analyse performance, explore new channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement attribution models to drive measurable impact across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of growth/digital marketing experience across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to use AI for analysis, experimentation and automation.
• Strong data-driven approach to optimization and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search and digital channels.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend using AI.
• Experiment with new growth tactics and channels to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor daily campaigns, provide recommendations for real-time optimization.
• Manage budgets and forecast performance to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with product marketing, martech, research and creative teams.
