Prevalent AI is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to run the operational engine of our go-to-market motion, delivering account-based and paid digital campaigns that reach CISOs and technology leaders at target organisations. The role is UK-based, spanning EMEA, North America and APAC markets.

You will own ABM, marketing automation, and paid media programs, build AI-enabled workflows, and work closely with sales leadership to align campaigns with pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation and/or ABM for B2B enterprise, SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on expertise with a modern marketing automation platform and intent-data tools.
• Strong paid digital expertise across paid social and paid search, ideally including ABM programmes.
• Genuinely hands-on with AI tools and workflows to scale output.
• Autonomous, adaptable; able to turn ambiguity into a working system.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, launch and optimise ABM campaigns against tiered target lists.
• Own our marketing automation workflows, lifecycle stages and MQAs.
• Plan and optimise paid and organic digital and social campaigns (LinkedIn).
• Own funnel reporting across paid and organic and pipeline created.
• Use AI tools to extend campaign output and velocity.
• Partner with sales to support events and follow-up.
