18 Week Support is seeking an experienced ENT Outpatient Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support weekend ENT Clinics in Hampshire. You will work with consultants and registered healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care within a professional outpatient setting.

The role requires prior ENT outpatient experience, ability to observe and record patient observations accurately, and strong clinical documentation and infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an ENT outpatient setting.
• Experience supporting consultants during ENT procedures.
• Ability to undertake and record patient observations accurately.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Experience handling specimens and ENT clinical tests; infection prevention standards.
