Qualifications

• English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to build rapport and close enrolments.
• Experience in telesales or customer service environments.
• Ability to explain complex admissions information clearly to applicants.

Responsibilities

• Convert applicants into enrolled students via phone, email and live chat.
• Hit productivity targets and manage contacts in Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to convert interest into admissions and provide excellent service.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process with accurate information and reassurance.
