Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking an Enhanced Care Team Leader to provide operational management and clinical oversight of enhanced care across Kent & Medway ICs. The role partners with ED and inpatient staff to assess needs, allocate resources, and lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed care.

The post holder will manage budgets, clinical governance, staff development, and protocol development, ensuring systems for planning and review of enhanced care.
