Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or be training to achieve QTS by Sep 2026.
• Degree in English with transition pathway to teaching is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
• Tailor teaching to meet diverse learners (SEND, EAL).
• Use assessment data to drive student progress and close gaps.
• Foster a positive classroom culture with clear routines and high expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, pastoral staff and parents to support students.
