TeacherActive is partnering with a highly regarded Grammar School in Sittingbourne to recruit an English Teacher. The role is full-time and long-term, starting January, teaching English across KS3 and KS4 and contributing to the broader school community.

The successful candidate will hold QTS with an English specialism, have KS3/KS4 experience, strong classroom management, and a proactive, adaptable approach. Competitive pay and supportive onboarding are offered.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time, long-term English Teacher starting January. The successful English Teacher will teach English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high standards of classroom practice and supporting students to achieve their full academic potential while contributing to the wider life of the school.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism
• Experience teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A passion for delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
