Job summary

Leeds City College, part of Luminate Education Group, seeks a Programme Manager of English and Maths for Quarry Hill Campus. You will lead the English and Maths team, work with department leaders to ensure an exceptional student experience, and guide staff to deliver strong learner outcomes.

You will engage with external stakeholders and drive strategic decisions to benefit students, colleagues and the college, while supporting flexible, hybrid ways of working across the School of Creative Arts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading English and Maths provision in Further Education.
• Ability to plan, deliver and monitor student experience at scale.
• Experience working with external bodies and qualification boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage an English and Maths team within the School of Creative Arts.
• Collaborate with department leadership to deliver an outstanding student experience.
• Develop staff to achieve excellent learner outcomes.
