Herts Resourcing Group’s English Lecturer role at the Ware campus seeks an inspirational educator to deliver engaging English lessons, motivate students, and lead on planning, coordination, assessment and evaluation. You will collaborate with academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery and a positive learning environment.

Job – English Lecturer

Salary - £35,000 - £43,800 per annum plus market supplement of up to £5000 per annum

Holiday- 42 days plus bank holidays.

Location – Ware & Broxbourne Campus – Monday to Friday.

Closing Date – 6th November @ Midday

About the Role

About You

You will bring:

• An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
• Proven teaching experience in subject specialism of GCSE English Language in an FE or HE environment
• Proven teaching experience in Functional Skills E1-L1
• The ability to inspire, engage and support young people
• A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
