Job summary

Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a leading Further Education provider to recruit an experienced English Lecturer in London. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality English education and support students in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence required for further study and employment.

You will deliver GCSE English and Functional Skills English, plan lessons, assess progress and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching English within an FE or Sixth Form setting.
• Strong knowledge of English and related areas.
• A recognised teaching qualification.
• A degree in English, English Education or a relevant subject.
• Experience delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills English.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve strong academic and career outcomes.
