Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an English Learning Support Assistant in Leeds for the full academic year. You will support students 1:1 or in small groups, assist the class teacher, and provide in-class support within a high-achieving SLT environment.

The role requires a core subject or psychology degree, strong interpersonal skills, and DBS clearance with two references. This is a full-time position starting September 2026.

Job Title: English Learning Support Assistant

Location: Leeds

Working Pattern: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Daily Rate: £110 - £125 per day

Start Date: September 2026 - July 2027

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly academic and committed Graduate who wishes to gain further experience in a school setting before perhaps, stepping into teaching. This role is full time, for the full academic year, working with an excellent SLT.
