Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an English Learning Support Assistant in Leeds for the full academic year. You will support students 1:1 or in small groups, assist the class teacher, and provide in-class support within a high-achieving SLT environment.

The role requires a core subject or psychology degree, strong interpersonal skills, and DBS clearance with two references. This is a full-time position starting September 2026.

Qualifications

• Core subject or Psychology related degree.
• Highly academic, personable and committed.
• Tutoring experience is ideal.
• Aspiring teacher is preferable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• DBS and two references.
