• Understanding of how SEMH needs can affect behaviour, attendance and learning.
• Creativity, flexibility and a commitment to helping pupils achieve their potential.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, alongside satisfactory references and safeguarding checks.
