Job summary

The Bemrose School in Derby is seeking a High-Level Teaching Assistant to lead English and Literacy support for pupils aged 11–19. The post requires initiative, good interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to safeguarding. DBS and DBA checks are required for the successful candidate.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Bemrose School due to a rapidly growing cohort across the whole school. We are looking to recruit a High-Level Teaching Assistant to lead and work with pupils in English and Literacy across our pupils aged 11-19. The post will suit a colleague who has experience of working with pupils who need support on their journey to be the best versions of themselves. The post has created an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join an established and growing support team that makes a real difference to the education of our pupils.
