Step Into Teaching Limited is seeking an English Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Rubery, Birmingham. You will support English lessons for KS3/KS4, provide one-to-one and small-group support, and help pupils develop reading, writing and analytical skills.

This is a full-time, term-time role with DBS checks required. Ideal candidates are recent English graduates (or final-year students graduating in 2026) with strong communication skills and a genuine interest

Formación

• Degree in English (2:2 or above).
• Recent graduates or final-year students graduating in 2026.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in education.
• Positive, proactive attitude and passion for supporting young people.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils across English lessons at KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group academic support.
