Job summary

Qualifications

QTS or on track to achieve QTS.
Degree in English or related subject.
Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
Excellent communication and classroom management.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3-4.
Assess, monitor and track student achievement with timely feedback.
Create an inclusive classroom environment with high behaviour standards.
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school staff to support student wellbeing.
