Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor for Norton Juxta. You will lead a 20+ strong workshop team, oversee daily production, and balance technical involvement with operational leadership.

Experience in fabrication, welding, steel machining, and ISO 9001 is essential, with an engineering background and familiarity with manual/CNC fabrication equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a workshop team of 20+ employees.
• Strong background in steel fabrication, welding and workshop machinery.
• Knowledge of quality systems and ISO 9001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ workshop employees and oversee daily production.
• Manage fabrication and machining activities (press brakes, guillotines, punches, tube benders, lathes, milling).
• Carry out quality inspections and support ISO 9001 compliance and audits.
• Ensure health and safety standards across the factory and workshop.
• Collaborate with management to improve production, quality, safety and efficiency.
