Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor for Norton Juxta. You will lead a 20+ strong workshop team, oversee daily production, and balance technical involvement with operational leadership.

Experience in fabrication, welding, steel machining, and ISO 9001 is essential, with an engineering background and familiarity with manual/CNC fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety standards across the factory and workshop.
• Collaborate with management to improve production, quality, safety and efficiency.

This Manufacturing Supervisor job will suit:

• Experienced candidates from an engineering, fabrication, manufacturing or production environment.
• Engineering apprenticeship, HNC/HND or degree in mechanical, production or general engineering.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding and workshop machinery.
• Must be able to use manual/CNC steel fabrication machines
• Previous experience leading/managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Good understanding of quality, H&S and ISO 9001, alongside strong IT skills.

This Manufacturing Supervisor job will involve:
