Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering & Production Supervisor for Norton Juxta. The role combines hands-on leadership with active involvement in fabrication and production activities within a family-owned engineering and manufacturing business.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in steel fabrication and manufacturing, plus experience managing a 20+ person team. A relevant apprenticeship or degree, and knowledge of ISO 9001 and health & safety are required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in fabrication, manufacturing or production engineering.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ people.
• Good understanding of quality systems and ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ workshop employees and oversee daily production.
• Manage fabrication and machining activities (press brakes, guillotines, punches, tube benders, lathes, mills).
• Perform quality checks and support ISO 9001 requirements and internal audits.
• Ensure health & safety standards across the factory and workshop.
