Job summary

Tina Lacey Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Multi Skilled Engineering Tutor for a permanent role in South Manchester. The post involves delivering classroom and workshop teaching for Level 3 apprentices on Engineering Technician MOET and Mechatronics pathways, with end-to-end support from induction through EPA prep.

The role requires coaching and mentoring, embedding maths and English into delivery, and maintaining learner progress with strong employer liaison.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, tutoring.
• Excellent communication skills and classroom delivery.
• Ability to embed Maths and English into lessons.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil teaching commitments in classroom and workshop environments.
• Manage a caseload of learners and conduct regular interventions.
• Capture evidence for learning, funding and Ofsted; meet EPA prep standards.
• Plan and manage end point assessment processes with learners and employers.
