A well-established, not-for-profit engineering training organisation is seeking an Engineering Trainer / CAD Specialist to support its Engineering Apprenticeship programmes. The role focuses on delivering CAD training and developing learners through structured curricula in a supportive teaching environment.
Ideal candidates have strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360) and a background in manufacturing or engineering, with enthusiasm for mentoring apprentices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional with strong technical skills particularly in CAD who is keen to pass on their knowledge to the next generation of engineers. Candidates with some workplace training, mentoring, or coaching experience are welcomed, and full support into teaching qualifications will be provided where required.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship training, with a primary focus on CAD, alongside either manufacturing or automation disciplines.
