Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in Bellshill is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to maintain and improve plant reliability on a 12-hour shift. You will troubleshoot, identify root causes of breakdowns and drive continuous improvement to cut downtime and energy use.

Applicants should have an apprenticeship and electrical/ mechanical qualifications relevant to manufacturing. We offer a competitive package including pension, bonus, life assurance and health support as part of a forward‑looking dairy

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognised apprenticeship.
• HNC Electrical preferred, Mechanical with additional electrical qualification or competence.
• ONC/HNC Qualification.
• Experience within maintenance
• Manufacturing Industry Experience

Responsibilities

• Completion of a wide range of tasks, from general equipment maintenance to enhancing plant reliability.
• Actively identify root cause on unplanned breakdowns.
• Identifying and completing continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, save energy and reduce costs.
