Wakefield Operations is the 2nd biggest plant in CCEP and the biggest soft drink plant in Europe. The site produces nearly half of GB’s volume across 8 manufacturing lines, with a capacity of 672,000 cans and 132,000 bottles per hour. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Technical Training Plans: Create strategies with Learning & Development.
  2. Deliver Training: Conduct engaging technical training aligned with OEM guidelines.
  3. Audit and Review: Regularly update training materials based on new equipment and technologies.
  4. Foster Learning Culture: Promote formal and on-the-job training approaches.
  5. Training Administration: Maintain records and identify development opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Educational Background: Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 in engineering, or equivalent.
  • Operational Insight: Ability to develop and deliver engaging training on operational equipment.
  • Industry Experience: FMCG/Supply Chain, preferably manufacturing.
  • Technical Training Expertise: Proven experience in learning and development, using various methodologies.
  • Compliance & Quality: Knowledge of HSE policies and Quality Management Systems.
