Rate: £16-£18 per hour

About the role

Eden Brown is seeking to recruit an Engineering Technician on behalf of a college in Greater Manchester. This is a full-time, temporary position.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure workshops are kept in a safe and tidy condition, including daily checks on services and equipment to confirm their safe operation.
2. Provide maintenance, repair, and remedial actions for equipment and resources as needed.
3. Maintain and restore equipment to safe working condition, reporting faults appropriately.
4. Manage the safe storage of equipment and resources, maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical installation.
• Level 2 qualification.
• A DBS check is required. Eden Brown can facilitate this if you do not already have one.
