We are seeking a Manager of Professional Services to lead and drive the Professional Services team towards excellence by managing skilled team leaders, formulating strategic project plans, and maintaining robust client relationships. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service quality, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee teams / multiple team leads, providing direction and support to ensure project success.
2. Develop comprehensive project strategies and execution plans.
3. Manage and nurture client relationships to secure satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Control project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
5. Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Contribute to the development and refinement of professional services methodologies.
7. Report on team and project performance, ensuring targets are met.
