Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to steer and grow the engineering capability across product ownership, application development, enterprise integration, Power Platform and testing services.

You will translate business demand into high-quality, well-governed solutions while driving continuous improvement in engineering practices, delivery governance and team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical product, development or engineering teams within a complex technology environment.
• Experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams.
• Strong experience delivering application development, integration and platform solutions.
• Experience implementing effective governance, engineering standards and delivery processes.
• A track record of developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing Technical Product Owners and offshore engineering teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Establishing clear ownership models for products and platforms, ensuring effective backlog management, prioritisation and roadmap alignment.
• Driving engineering delivery across application development, integrations, automation and Power Platform solutions.
• Ensuring work is delivered through robust governance, planning, testing, release management and operational readiness processes.
• Providing leadership for enterprise integrations, APIs, workflows and data exchange solutions.
