Working Pattern: Hybrid – A minimum of 3 Days a week in the office

As an Engineering Team Lead, you will lead and line manage a team of engineers that design and develop low voltage power distribution and automation systems. You will be working closely with the programme management team to prioritise and allocate your engineers onto programmes and projects to deliver against their engineering schedules.
NautIQ Solutions is a part of Rolls-Royce Power Systems that focuses on delivering electrical, automation and autonomy products to our Naval and Commercial Marine customers. The business is based around two Product Centres in Bristol and Heybridge with shared support resources provided from our team in East Grinstead; we operate an integrated programme delivery team across the Bristol and Heybridge sites.
