Job summary

Remedy Education are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Engineering Teacher to join a college group operating across Benfleet and Grays. This full-time, long-term role offers the chance to develop students’ technical knowledge and practical skills in a supportive environment.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, teach both theory and practical work, support coursework and assessments, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to raise

Qualifications

• Strong Engineering background with industry or teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Engineering in FE, college or secondary setting.
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge.
• Passionate about guiding young people into further education and work.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
• QTS/QTLS desirable but not essential depending on experience.
