Vision for Education is recruiting an Engineering Teacher to join a well‑regarded Northumberland secondary school, delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 and helping students develop practical engineering skills, problem solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Engineering or Design & Technology at KS3/KS4.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Teach Engineering across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver lessons in mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering principles.
• Support students with projects, coursework, and practical assessments.
• Promote safe working practices, including health and safety in workshops.
• Plan differentiated lessons to meet a range of abilities.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
