Job summary

Kier Group is seeking an Engineering Surveyor to join the KierBAM JV 10 Docks Civil Engineering Project team based in Devonport Royal Docks, Plymouth. The role focuses on delivering accurate survey data processing and modelling in a civil engineering environment.

• You have experience in surveying and construction industries.
• Experience in a similar surveying position on a civil engineering project.
• CSCS Card and relevant site safety qualifications

We're looking for a Engineering Surveyor to join our KierBAM JV 10 Docks Civil Engineering Project team based in Devonport Royal Docks, Plymouth.

Hours:

42.5 Full-time

Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required. Please note that this process can take up to 8 weeks. As an engineering surveyor the role will cover a wide range of activities, which are described in the key responsibilities section below. As part of the survey team, the focus of the role will vary during the stages of construction.

What will you be responsible for?

As An Engineering Surveyor, You'll Be Working Within The Survey Engineering Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Accurate And Timely Survey Data Processing And Modelling Services.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Checking and maintaining survey control networks.
• Conducting assurance surveys for construction of RC structures; through pre-pour, post-pour checks.
• As-built surveys, through laser scanning and modelling of point clouds.
