Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintaining ownership of incidents from the initial customer report to resolution.
• Prioritising and categorising faults promptly and escalating when needed.
• Delivering software or infrastructure updates.
• Following troubleshooting guidelines to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Keeping customers informed and building trust through timely updates.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
