Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage PPM schedules, monitor plant performance via BMS, oversee contractors, and maintain documentation such as SOPs and MOPs to support operations.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS and Work Order Control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the operational maintenance team to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable Hard Services maintenance activities.
• Manage, maintain, and update PPM schedules for internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure maintenance of building fabric, HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems and associated equipment.
• Monitor plant performance via complex BMS systems and support fault diagnosis.
