Job summary

RG Setsquare, on behalf of a leading global data centre operator, seeks an Engineering Supervisor to join the Technical Operations team at the London facility near Liverpool Street. Lead the on-site engineering team and ensure safe, efficient operation of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

You will drive service excellence in a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week, with a focus on incident management, contractor supervision and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience within a data centre or other mission-critical environment.
• Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical building services.
• Experience working with UPS systems, generators, switchgear and cooling systems.
• Recognised Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
• HV Authorised Person experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive approach with a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead Critical Operations in a World-Class Data Centre

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global data centre operator for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join their Technical Operations team at their London facility near Liverpool Street.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineering professional with data centre or mission‑critical experience looking to progress their career with a direct employer that genuinely invests in its people, training and long‑term development.
