Engineering Supervisor

40K + annual bonus and paid overtime

We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to start a full-time role at a small but very busy engineering company in Southam.

This is a key role for this client and one that involves overseeing the field service engineers who are on the road installing 4 post vehicle lifts. This will involve coordinating the teams, making sure deadlines are hit, working with installation dates, booking and managing contractors along with speaking to suppliers / internal staff.

There will be a strong focus on planning, so you need to be fully aware of Microsoft Office (including Excel) and be someone who has an engineering / mechanical mindset.

The perfect person will be a candidate who has worked as a senior mechanical fitter before and perhaps now wants to take on a more supportive based role coordinating the staff rather than doing the installation work yourself.
