Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is representing a leading manufacturing organisation in Pentrebach, Wales, recruiting an Engineering Supervisor. You will lead a team of four engineers on a 4-on-4-off shift (days/nights) ensuring proactive and reactive maintenance of equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance activities, improving process efficiency, enforcing health and safety, maintaining records, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Engineering Supervisor role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Proactive problem solver with good communication.
• Team player with collaborative approach.

Position Overview:

As a Engineering Supervisor you will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (4 days/nights), you will be a crucial part of our client's operations. You will be responsible for a team of 4 engineers maintaining and repairing a range of equipment, ensuring the smooth running of production processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility.
