Job summary

Crediton Dairy is seeking a dedicated and organised administrator to join our engineering team. You will support the engineering, stores and other company functions, ensuring availability and sourcing of products and services.

You will manage day‑to‑day stock control transactions to maintain cost allocation and accurate records for stock control, maintenance, servicing, spare parts usage and purchasing. Hours for this role are 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within time constraints and meet targets.
• Proactive with high accuracy and commitment.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong ICT skills including Excel; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels in stores and ensure timely stock issues and receipts.
• Place and manage stock orders; seek cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost delivery of spare parts and services.
• Maintain stock accuracy and prepare KPI data; support Engineering Stores Manager during holidays.
