Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Stores Person to oversee procurement for the Engineering department, maintain stock, and support continuous improvement in maintenance planning. You will work with SAP PM/MM, CMMS, and TPM initiatives, ensuring accurate stock levels, supplier selection, and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• You must have demonstrable experience in FMCG/manufacturing stores.
• Strong numeracy and data accuracy for stock control.
• Excellent understanding of inventory and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee requisitioning and purchasing for Engineering to ensure best supplier selection.
• Maintain stock accuracy and SAP records; support stock reduction plans.
• Assist Stores Manager with cycle counting and 5S compliance.
• Ensure compliance with MRP, PM activities and indirect procurement.
• Support contractor management for stores service providers to ensure value for money.
• Assist development and maintenance of SAP PM and other systems for maintenance planning.
• Produce weekly stock expenditure reports and cost insights.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, GMP, and TPM.
• Uphold site safety standards and safe working behaviours.
• Identify skills gaps and contribute to training plans.
