Job summary

Stagecoach is seeking an Engineering Storekeeper in Oxford to ensure the supply of parts, equipment and resources for engineering teams. You will process orders, maintain stock levels, and keep records to support a busy depot operation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong IT skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Full training is provided along with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• To process and file orders, invoices, and supplier correspondence in a timely manner.
• To ensure parts/service items are correctly ordered to enable preventive maintenance.
• To maintain stock levels relevant to our fleet and in line with Company policies.
• Ensure engineering expenditure reports are completed daily.
• Ensure PPE is stocked and available for issue as required.
• Maintain all records on EAMS reporting system.
• Keep Stores clean and organized.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks related to business or depot activities.
