AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director – Engineering to lead growth of client accounts, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures using modern full stack approaches. You’ll mentor teams, govern architectural integrity, and help craft AI-enabled engineering solutions that deliver real business value.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, nurture client relationships, and collaborate across regions to expand propositions and practice area

Qualifications

• Act as a high-level trusted advisor for equivalent C-suite stakeholders (CPO/CTO/CDO).
• Understand client core business and identify where tech unlocks value.
• Build relationships and network within client organisations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand needs, explore options, and provide ongoing expert advice.
• Guide how cloud, AI, integration, and full-stack engineering address challenges.
• Collaborate with Data Solution Director to make sound client recommendations.
• Challenge client thinking to drive outcomes and provide tangible AI-enabled examples.
• Identify opportunities to develop the right solutions and help build business cases.
